Changes to surgery opening times for staff training 2016/17

Please note that Ilkley Moor Medical Practice will be closed once a month from 1pm, to allow protected learning time for staff. This enables the surgery to keep up to date with latest changes to policy and to support staff in delivering the best service possible for our patients.

This means that on the following dates the surgery will be closed for training from 1pm and the telephone will be switched to the Out-of-Hours Service

Weds 5 Apr 2017

Weds 11 May 2017

Thurs 1 Jun 2017

Thurs 13 Jul 2017

NB The Medical Centre will still be open for appointments with other services e.g. MSK; midwives

If you need an urgent GP appointment during these times please ring the surgery number 01943 604999 and you will be directed to the out of hours service.

Advice is available by dialling 111.

If you have an appointment with the MSK service, with a midwife or with a Health visitor your appointments will be unaffected, but you will need to check in directly with them when you arrive via the telephone provided on reception.

If you have any questions or concerns please speak to the Practice Manager, Mark Evans
